We are not Flat enough yet. Moreover, managers especially at higher levels (executives) don't pay much time to listen to their reportees, even if its heard at times nothing much other than diplomatic answers come out. Finding the right role for each of the B-10 employees in Kyndryl is probably a key contributor to the organization's success and growth, but a clear conversation with them rarely happen.

I enjoy the vibrant workplace culture at Kyndryl, where cultural events and networking opportunities allow me to connect with amazing, lively colleagues. The office environment is also welcoming and enhances my overall experience.

No udemy learning Layoffs happening silently Benches are increasing rapidly and no roles available. Have to leave firm after 90 days in bench.

Shift allowance claim process and if you do not claim for 3 month company will not pay you and every time apart from attendence you have to claim for your shift allowance.

The flexibility that the company offers to the employees. Also the senior leadership trusts their subordinates and the culture is very inclusive.

Our salary structure is not the best in the market, and the bonus/appraisals are not according to industry standards.
