Manager is the worst they make you resign with the pressure and then they will say you have to pay kyndryl because you took leave and all that reason They are very illiterate people who know how they became managers I will be applying for the concern to the court . Not all the managers are like that

nothing great when compared to cons , only Pros is Sick leave and flexibility ( depends on ur Teams as well )

no hike more than 5 % no promotion not being recognized , also not rewarded Not a good org for financial growth no Good annual bonus Manager diriven company , Hence always have butter him else life will be in trouble no individuality

...ood projects. Good work life balance, you will get to work on good technology. Managers are friendly, pay would be equal to what market is offering. Company is expanding its operations across India. Overall a great company to work.

- no salary hike -no appreciation by the management - no response from manager if you have any concerns - force to work for extra hours on weekends 16 hrs per day - very difficult to switch project - HR won't respond to any queries.
