Honestly I like nothing about the company, still trying to find if there is anything at all to like about this company

Boy where do I start, Heavily understaffed, No hikes, yes no hike at all not even by 2-3%, forget about any kind of bonus..on top of that they have cut down the shift allowance, initially for shift a it was 450, now It's 100 only, evening shift allowance is just 200. Also the reallocation bonus was so low, It was just 25k, Managers are working from home while we are getting forced to come to office.. Do not join the org..

...an happy. Kyndryl always encourages and works towards up skilling its resources. Compensation is always better than its competitor. And the policies it inherited from IBM.

If you have not been hired directly in project you will have to struggle for a project assignment.

Manager is the worst they make you resign with the pressure and then they will say you have to pay kyndryl because you took leave and all that reason They are very illiterate people who know how they became managers I will be applying for the concern to the court . Not all the managers are like that

nothing great when compared to cons , only Pros is Sick leave and flexibility ( depends on ur Teams as well )

no hike more than 5 % no promotion not being recognized , also not rewarded Not a good org for financial growth no Good annual bonus Manager diriven company , Hence always have butter him else life will be in trouble no individuality

Its a desk job , best part is the hybrid mode so its 2 days working from office , managers are cooperative and helps in every possible situation.

salary is very less and no increment after a year , work hrs are more as compared to other mnc .
