...an happy. Kyndryl always encourages and works towards up skilling its resources. Compensation is always better than its competitor. And the policies it inherited from IBM.

Dislikes

If you have not been hired directly in project you will have to struggle for a project assignment.

nothing great when compared to cons , only Pros is Sick leave and flexibility ( depends on ur Teams as well )

no hike more than 5 % no promotion not being recognized , also not rewarded Not a good org for financial growth no Good annual bonus Manager diriven company , Hence always have butter him else life will be in trouble no individuality

My manager was very cool & we were allowed to do permanent work from home. Though permanent work from home depends on project to project .

Dislikes

Salary hike is not good and most importantly it is not uniform across all team members .

- no salary hike -no appreciation by the management - no response from manager if you have any concerns - force to work for extra hours on weekends 16 hrs per day - very difficult to switch project - HR won't respond to any queries.

...ter firm of IBM. The policies are relatively similar to the mother organization. Adding to accuracy in salary dates.

Dislikes

The management is supporting only in words and less in deeds. Many "old politics" between seniors could easily be copied from episodes of "The Office". Working for Kyndryl is one of the least fortunate experiences I had in the cooperative world.
