Dislikes

We are not Flat enough yet. Moreover, managers especially at higher levels (executives) don't pay much time to listen to their reportees, even if its heard at times nothing much other than diplomatic answers come out. Finding the right role for each of the B-10 employees in Kyndryl is probably a key contributor to the organization's success and growth, but a clear conversation with them rarely happen.

I would like to work but as of now no salary revise also project is closed. It's a beginner platform to develop its skills.

Dislikes

No salary revise, they didn't consider above it.. as we are working 12 hrs even sometimes more than that but these people's doesn't consider about it. It's too bad, more politics in working life. They not even thinking hardwork of the employees. Employees sacrifice more things in their personal life as my goal is we should be true to company why because they gave a chance to prove ourselves and most importantly giving salary. But more higher officer are utilising it and they getting more salary and not even thinking about employees who are responsible for appreciation from client.

Skill development and Compensation & benefits are the reason one could join in Kyndryl. A good place for a fresher to kick start their career.

As im working in infrastructure division we get rotational week offs.

Good work life balance. Work pressure depends on the project or account you are assigned to and number of clients you support. Work culture is good as it was part of IBM earlier. Very neatly laid out process.

Dislikes

Nothing to complain. Salary standards should be improved to match market standards.

I like to work in Kyndryl very much and I feel like it is my family..Here, we have job security and also womens are getting more benefits. Management also very nice and Ladies can balance both work and personal life here and everyone is getting respect and getting chance to learn more.

I like our kyndryl very much, but only concern is our salary...Even though we have more years of experience, it is not considered and not getting good hike. This is what I am personally feeling more. If management consider this point and if it does the needful, really it is very helpful for us. Requesting our kyndryl/management to consider this point and help me on this please.
