No proper salary hike it all your manager mood, Do not expect any promotion till the time your manager is not happy with you

Good company to work. flexible working environment. WFH and hybrid mode to work. have good customers. top managements are good and listen employee problems.

no salary Hike. it doesn't matter how may year you are working in kyndryl. they do not promote and don't increase salary.
