This is a Delhi based company providing open source solutions, Linux bases solutions ,web application,mailing solutions,QA test and system Admin services. Company providing support to 300+ clients in Delhi NCR since last 15 years so I learnt more with Kv It-solution. Staff and Management is awesome here and very supportive and this is which I like much because there no internal politics here for work. All team work together collecting the experience and enhancing their skills

Dislikes

There us nothing much to say that what i dislike in KV IT-Solution but yes few thing need the changes like appraisal amount is very less and there is not a fix shift timing even company not provide the transport facilities.

KV IT IS Good Employer, every body is supporting each other in technical as well behavior is too good, i did join again KV IT Solutions, After Congo Africa,

Dislikes

just no Big Organization, so i want to start carrier in big Company

The work environment is good and the employees get the hand on experience on the leading technologies and have a great opportunity of learning things from scratch

Dislikes

The work pressure is more as compare to other companies as the number of the employees is less, and the project are huge the work and life balance is little disturbed .
