World worst company our company only use to our talant not taken any responsibility in employees they give 1 st 1 month salary become 2 nd end month they should cut salary also in Sunday I my decision to come in this company job . Our lockdown start 18 march stop our marketing work and they give march salary in half only 15 days salary give and this 15 salary also give in April 25 .and lockdown last 2 months they not give a single ruppyes in employees they not caring about employees i hate urja dairy their thinking in employees in a animal that's why I say world worst company ever.

First of all career growth is very slow. No IJP or if the candidate is skilled but do not change the positions. Not happy work culture, like you just do what we paid for. Payment cycle is unprofessional. Not on time
