Works in different field and know about direct sales person, accounts, cashier, stockist. Earn a lot of knowledge.

Dislikes

No Promotion is given except some selected persons who works in head office. Salary is very low but work pressure is very high. 2 months Salary and Gratuity will not provide after 60 days of resignation. No other related works/training will be provided for employees to self development.Work more then 9 hours but no overtime facility included. A lum sum amount is given as a salary increment but refuse to increase basic salary.

Very poor due to salary hold, hold 1 years six months bonus. No any holidays payment. Also not clear my pf data submission by company. Many time call them but they did not clear pf account and my hold salary and bonus and holidays pay out. Disgusting all team also service hod because they did not pick the my phone.

As per new service hod..........theory less. Practical less and logical less....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The maine reson are they don't pay basic salary when target is not achieve.This reson I not like this working place.

...ducts are very good. When I was work here I am very satisfied with this company. Salary and expenditure are on time .

Company's small Home products RGM is not good. I think he don't know anything about the market. He just want show infront of MD himself that he is perfect person. His ono about market nothing. He without any study about the market he take more target.
