There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

1.weekly work planing is good. 2.everyone to maintain safety guards and training class is good.

1.salary pay scale is very low. 2.No training classes. 3.educational qualifications not like in this company. 4.Qualifications and talented persons are low level designation job.

Blessed to work with Kusalava team. One of the best company for freshers to gain experience and management is always forward to arrange training regarding systems.

Avg salary growth and some internal politics from workmen to mid management.
