Not paying salaries for 5+ months for freshers. when we asked to management they are saying like they will pay in this month. sometimes they are saying like no benefit for company with you guys for now. we are giving free internet and power.

I like the working in Kuncham Software Solutions . culture here is incredibly supportive .The team here are not only professional but also incredibly friendly and make me a valued employee. company's commitment to professional development and growth oppurtunities for it's employees are truly appreciable .

I really like working here, but there are few things that could be even better. it would be great if we could improve how to talk with each other to work faster and we could also team up with different parts of the company to use everyone's skills.
