Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. When you will join company everything will be very good but after an year you will start feeling frustrated and bored as there is no promotion no salary increase and lots of responsibilities.

The company policy was good and always had a good intentions and care about their clients but it was full of inner politics and won't allow to grow nor to stable in that place It's horrible environment to work
