Well quality in this company products

Dislikes

All Product quality detail know in managers. But not teach him supervisors and employees. Management not take care of employees. Many more accidents some employees lose the finger. But that company not see that employees.food and room accommodations is very poor. I like that work but I am not like that management MD behaviour.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
