Required only person who can apply butter to manager and company owner. Not giving any importance to persons ability, required new staff after every 6 to 9 month maximum because owner feels boring to see old faces job life maximum 1 year, without fight can not give any notice period salary, if labour got accident not giving single penny compantation to labour without court fight, work culture and welfare of staff is totally negative.
