Salary is the worst thing over there. Company doesn't promote until and unless he/she is been working over there for 6-7year...till that salary increment was too worst

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the training is not given to new joinees

I like the part that no one will stop you to learn Different things. You can Learn how much you want without any restriction.

The credit taking of Different HOD's & the DWM . DWM is good for all but there is no advantage of DWM in kumar. The worst core committee (Management) i ever seen. 0% of job Security 😔 Blank paper signs & thumb taking on 5 pages , they don't give you any kind of proof that you work in kumar like offer letter, joining letter , Salary structure/sleep, Id card !!!! Nothing

It is worthless if you work on third party tender. All your seniors will gain increment from your work and Services

Secure appraisal system is not transparent and promotion and role change also not consistent as employee desired.
