0 Customer obsession. Management have much scope on working equality and unity. And especially for customer obsession. Too much groupism and politics.

The Thing I Liked about working at KuKu FM was that it was fully remote culture job.

The thing I disliked about working at KuKu FM was that there no job security and I was laid off without giving any notice. There was huge communication gap as working with my senior and it took hours for one thing to get approve from my senior.

Previously it was a good company with good work life balance. Now they are forcing us to do anything, working late at night , because pocket fm is getting more revenue then juku

I worked for Kuku FM Bengali language & there who lead the main Bangla language named 'Anindya Paul' suddenly stopped giving me topis & content , I don't know why . But I worked there with my full dedication & created superb content as I was one of the best VO Artist there. That guy & their team did some lobby ,I guess & stopped giving me any topics . Kuku FM should notice them closely & should terminate these kind of people who always do lobby . Get rid of these kind of people.

Managers don’t even listen your inputs. They rollout dumbshit ideas and forces the team to do that task. Management should rescue the employee from managers. Totally biased people. No scope for learn new skills.
