0 Customer obsession. Management have much scope on working equality and unity. And especially for customer obsession. Too much groupism and politics.

The Thing I Liked about working at KuKu FM was that it was fully remote culture job.

The thing I disliked about working at KuKu FM was that there no job security and I was laid off without giving any notice. There was huge communication gap as working with my senior and it took hours for one thing to get approve from my senior.

Shit.

It's infuriating how KukuFM operates. They hire people for leadership roles, use them to fix all the mess, and once they've done the heavy lifting, they kick them to the curb. They bring in talent for their expertise, have them streamline everything, and then what? They dump an insane amount of work on them, pushing them to the brink. It's like you have this sick belief that because someone's busy, they can magically handle even more work. Work-life balance? Please. That's just a buzzword here. Once someone achieves their goals and keeps things afloat, they strategically overload them with work until they're drowning. And then comes the real kicker -slap them with a PIP. Not because they're actually underperforming, but because you've set them up to fail. It's a transparent, disgusting tactic to get rid of people once they've served their purpose. They lure you in with a flashy role, squeeze every ounce of effort out of you to fix their mess, and then, like clockwork, they kick you out within six months. It's all about using you to get their house in order, then tossing you aside. Once everything's running smoothly, you're not rewarded-you're buried. They'll drown you in an insane amount of work, piling on task after task, as if you're some kind of machine that never stops. And if you dare to be productive? Congrats, now here are ten more jobs to handle. Because apparently, if you're busy, that means you can handle even more. It's a twisted way of saying, "Thanks for doing well-now do more, and don't complain." After they bleed you dry, any attempt to maintain some sanity outside of work is met with more demands, more deadlines, more everything. Then comes the final blow. Suddenly, you're branded as underperforming, and just like that, you're out. Fired. They used you up, and now After they bleed you dry, any attempt to maintain some sanity outside of work is met with more demands, more deadlines, more everything. Then comes the final blow. Suddenly, you're branded as underperforming, and just like that, you're out. Fired. They used you up, and now you're discarded, left wondering how it all went so wrong. Let's be real, PIPs in this company are just a way to shove someone out the door. There's nothing genuine about it. I don't expect management to learn anything from this post, because you can't wake up someone who's only pretending to be asleep. They've got this all figured out, right? Just keep burning through people, and when it all collapses, maybe then They'll realize they've built a house of cards.

The work timings are flexible, and the work-life balance is great, but my reporting manager makes the work so dull that it feels like being in a coma. Just to clarify, this is about my manager, not the entire company.

There is no job security, and your reporting manager always says no to everything. You'll end up losing your skills as they don't encourage growth, making you feel stuck and unproductive.
