The 'in-hand' salary is a joke as you have to pay the taxes by yourself at the end f the year since they do not deduct it. No one here pays taxes and there has already been an income tax raid. You will be hired to do something and you will be doing something else completely. It only helps if you are a Muslim or a Malayali since they only converse in Malayali. They will deliberately keep you out of the loop and talk to other people in Malayali in front of you. There is no fixed date for salary. It can even come on the 13th of the month. I could go on but I believe you get the picture. It's a big family-run show where only the family is given importance.
