I have no words for dislike. This company is very good in all respect.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Upper management ,leaves el-1.5 p/m ,cl 8- no overtime pay ,no cpl utilisation ,man power management wrost , upper management not interested to train lower grade people , monopoly in working condition,

Company gave full salary , even at the time of lockdown in country , we are sitting at home .

Dislikes

Growth of company is Good , but those who work more are paid less and those who work less or nothing are paid more at some cases . And it is a common problem in our Country , where ever we go, it is same. But the Owner /Md of the Company is a very Genuine Person.

Management needs to more empower to 2nd line of each dept as most of HOD's are neither performing strategic role nor helping 2nd line to grow. Simply performing messanger role.
