This company has an extremely toxic work environment, mainly due to HR Ajay Sharma, Vice President Prachi Sharma, and Manish Chopra. These individuals create a highly stressful atmosphere, often harassing employees and using inappropriate language just to secure their own positions. Key Issues: 1. Unethical Employee Treatment – Employees are frequently harassed and subjected to mental stress without valid reasons. 2. Lack of Professionalism – Senior management does not treat employees with respect, often using offensive language. 3. Unfair Termination Practices – The company terminates employees without notice, especially when they are about to receive their confirmation letter. This seems like a deliberate strategy to avoid offering job security. 4. No Job Stability – Employees can be dismissed at any time, with no proper explanation or due process.
