Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. The facilities are very poor.

Ktl me log kafi achhe hai yaha ka senior staff achha hai yaha par kuch naya seekh ne ke liye bahut kuch hai or jo bhi yaha kaam karta hai wo apne saath kuch naya experience le kar jata hai or yaha ke managing director or jo bhi badi poison par hai wo bhi bahut achhe hai main yaha kaam kar chuka hun isliye main achhe se jaanta hun.

Dislikes

Yaha par lag kuch kaam kam or butring jada karte wo khud to apna kaam karte nahi hai or dusro ko kaam bhi nahi karne dete hai or yaha par rto ka back office sab se ganda hai.

Nothing as an professional working atmosphere then Delhi NCR, not required hard working & honest man instead of Butlers.

Dislikes

Highly unprofessional management, split in the group to allow their old unfaithful Unit heads to drain the company and create nuisances to new HOD from other states.. Even director gives them silent support to drain their Group assets

co operate with co workers nd good environment there nd it's beside there was no target based job.

employees are not look like professional nd no job promotion no incentive ,no any typ of support for enhance to skills.

Working environment is excellent for fresher. Here is wide area for learning about market & upper level management is very supportive for their junior. There is no communication gap between employees. Overall the organization is excellent .

Dislikes

No I don't have any dislike thing about KTL PVT LTD.
