Boss are so cheap, always ready to cut your salary,you don't get any salary slip or other, Phone are not allowed you have to submit to security guard,if you have important call or something and you use the phone for urgent work and boss will see they will treat you like you caused him great loss, First they tell you that notice period is 7-or 10 days but when you resign they will increase the notice period to 2-3 months they will trap you and don't give your salary, worst company in my life if you are thinking of joining this company don't think about it ,For design and quality there is no different department, you are the designer as well as quality Engineer,In this company you are Labour not Engineer

...k on different type of work like casting, forging, plastic, rubber components...no job security and salary growth is very poor..

There are a lot of opportunities to grow, lots of learnings and great exposure at an every level of your career. Management of the company is very professional. Office Staff / Collogues are very nice and co-operative Feeling valued for my work & contributions and knowing that my efforts are recognized only adds to my enthusiasm for my role

8 hrs shift no OT. the staff is really good.

Management is really poor. The owner is terrible and treats like a servant, not an employee. There is no benefit to the employee. cannot take the phone to premises. cannot access the internet. no appraisal for three years from joining. no extra even on Diwali. feeling like working in confinement. don't join this company, please.
