...good references then n then only you will grow, otherwise you will be targeted. Pump industries lowest pay scales, freshers having higher package than experience, need

No ethics, your talent is not going work, need strong reference then only you will grow. Same position, same experience people having package difference of 5-6 lakhs just because of reference.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and going arcade for chilling Company policies are good appraisal are fair they give bonous
