You learn by pressure and hard work.You have to sign the bond without it u can't join.Only degree and signed bond is required.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Terrible people and un-necessary rules. Cheap culture and no job security. You loss your salary. People think only for money, they don't care about employee. Don't care about relation with employee and customer, very greedy people.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
