And the other back one of the company is sales team and Managed services who contribute their efforts for converting the company growth. Those 3 team gives good learning and improvement to employees as the managers of those team are well experienced in the technology they lead. Apart from this company is flexible to work. They care the employees with benefits.

Dislikes

Dislikes of the company is not on management issue. It's because of single team (Development Team & Ops Team). Though the employees are very enthusiastic to work in this technology. But the level of quality and standardization is less because of the poor Managers knowledge of this technology. Proper guidance is not given by managers of Dev team. The complete efforts are purely done by resources of this team. Management should have a track on this team and their superiors, so that they can also lead along with other teams in contribution of the company growth.
