Nothing more likes about the company, This is startup company and very small team, nothing we can't maintain our work life balance, there is no more leave and weekend leave, this is ok for fresher level and not suit for experience.

Dislikes

Time is not flexible, we need to work upto maximum hours per day, there is no way to work life balance, no benifit , no more leaves , weekend leave, now job security issues comes. Management and people who don't know about the company culture and process so quality of work won't come and they won't allow even small suggestions as a developer to the project so out come will be so poor. Finally this is no more suit for experience person.
