- At least my reporting manager is good, but can't talk about other teams. - Work life balance is good in my team. - Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

- Growth from learning point of view is not good. - Pay is below average. - Very less scope for promotion. - From last 2 years, higher management is still re-organizing the teams to fit into different business units. - After change of senior/higher management in technology, there is no clarity at all and no body is sure as to what is going to happen in future. - Job security is a big concern.

There is nothing good about Kroll, PV process.

Dislikes

...and dogs. At the end it affects the employee due to inefficiency of manager. Pay is very less in this kind of work and zero learning. Managers are not at all supportive and try to be authoritative all the time. There is a reason why the attrition rate is so high and why joining bonus is so big. Bonus is big which comes with a claw back provision because the company also knows the reality of the process. There are no timings. Managers want you to work like a donkey for 24 hrs and there is no additional reward or pay for that. In terms of appraisal also, they give single digit raise and peanut bonus. Good appraisal is given only to those who are in good books of the manger.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR LIVES WHILE YOU CAN, THERE ARE LOTS OF DIFFERENT OPPORTUNITIES, DONT TRAP YOURSELVES IN TOXIC AND MICROMANAGEMENT WORK CULTURE.! -TOO MUCH POLITICS PLAYED BY MANAGEMENT SPECIALLY INDIA INFOSEC DIRECTOR AND SOC MANAGER AND OTHER PARTIES AS HE SPREADS FAKE INFO TO SAVE THEMSELVES AND EXTRA RUMORS TO THE MANAGEMENT. -THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SORT OF INTEGRITY OR RESPECT AMONG EMPLOYEES -YOU CANNOT SIMPLY UPSKILL YOURSELF AND GROW AS NO ONE THERE TO GUIDE YOU. -THERE IS ONLY ONE GUY WHO TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING- NICK B REST IN INDIA ARE JUST AN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WITH TAGS. -THE DIRECTOR TORTURES YOU TO COME TO OFFICE EVERYDAY AND YES YOU CANNOT BE LATE FOR 5MINS, ETC AND ALOT OF THINGS, HE USES ABUSIVE LANGUAGES, YES HE DOE. IRONY IS HE HIMSELF DOESNT COME TO OFFICE. -THE SOC MANAGER WAS THE WORST OF ALL WITH THE DIRECTOR OF INFOSEC- V..P THEY DO NOT CONCENTRATE ON THINGS NEEDS ATTENTION, APART FROM SECURITY KNOWLEDGE, THEY DO ALL SORT OF NONSENE THINGS TO MICROMANAGE PEOPLE -WOMEN PLEASE STAY AWAY., HOPE THIS SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO UNERSTAND. -THERE ARE ALOT OF THINGS TO SAY BUT., PLEASE THESE ARE AN INNER FEELING SO PLEASE TAKE TIME AND GET SOMETHING BETTER THAN THIS AND YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF FOR MAKING THE GOOD DECISION.
