Cultural discrimination is on top. If u are from north and planning to switch then think before u go. They will provide u big salary but no life total discrimination of community and caste.

Likes

tech savvy, fabulous computer facility, campus is neat and clean, smart classes with wifi projectors, free internet for faculties and everyone gets a desktop of their own to work upon.

Dislikes

...erm. management is very biased. 99.99% students-staffs-teachers are from Kerala. salary is not in par with UGC regulations. All Saturdays are working, though second saturday is termed as holiday. major programmes are organised on saturdays which eventually turn into full day or more. normal office hours are 9 AM - 4:30 PM; but ppl rush into 8:30 to settle and get going for the classes and signing out time is always beyond 5 or more. basically very hectic.

Middle level management, salary, linguistic differences, no respect and identity. Politics in all departments. Poor decisions making because of unskilled middle level management.

Pathetic Experience. HoD asks faculties not to do research work so that they do not have to work hard. Too much of department politics. Few faculties literally steal students' research work and put their names and if the student denies they will fail that student. The principal does not do any cross-verification into the department work and is a blind supporter of HoDs. The principal doesn't support faculties and also don't like if anyone provides any explanation. He will be the only one giving the instruction and also doesn't like to listen to anyone. The college is a big scam. They will deduct your money in some way or the other every month and will not give you last month's salary when you leave even if you resign during semester break. less studies and too many programs. everyday there is something or the other going on. Less students. Faculties only read out the ppt and their work is done. No one has any interest in self-development. Too much of racism.

Management Level politics- Management favor people form their religion and community. Promotions and higher positions will be given only for people who butter them nicely. Lack of job security- They fire you without notice and severance pay without any valid reasons. Lack of Work- life balance
