They provide a platform to discuss our problems and how to address them, which helps improve our work quality. Defect Definition: The emphasis on defining defects and addressing them is crucial for quality improvement. This approach keeps me engaged and motivated.

...rent tasks until we become line leaders, which limits overall skill development. Salary Structure: The salary structure is not well-defined, leading to a lack of employee satisfaction

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that markets reliable , High quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growths is high. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8-9 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are very good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
