There is no hierarchy. The owner does not give free hand to handle the situations. He himself handles every one like Supervisors to Managers. You cannot get the desired results and good Mangers will get frustrated.

There is no learning from seniors. No responsibility at senior level. Junior management is responsible for all failures. for all achievement seniors are the key members. No training on technical or personnel front. No welfare programs for employees.
