Very good place to work. Seniors are very helpful.

Dislikes

Some employees are taking advantage of good management people. Some of the associates are torturing to new colleagues. But, the management is not taking any action on them. Management should terminate these people who don't have sense about how to talk to others or seniors. Also, promotion policy is very bad. Those who are not patent agent and not even master’s degree, they are managing associate. Those are working with good quality of work, no appreciation in terms of words/ monetary. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
