Very good place to work. Seniors are very helpful.

Dislikes

Some employees are taking advantage of good management people. Some of the associates are torturing to new colleagues. But, the management is not taking any action on them. Management should terminate these people who don't have sense about how to talk to others or seniors. Also, promotion policy is very bad. Those who are not patent agent and not even master’s degree, they are managing associate. Those are working with good quality of work, no appreciation in terms of words/ monetary. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
