Despite receiving good funding company struggle with financial management. Employee predominantly comes from nearby places likely Mangalore. Deadlines are enforces with urgency. But completed project remains unreleased. Not a reliable company for individuals with responsibilities or long term carrier aspirants. Instead of direct termination. The company hold salary for 3 to 6 months , reduces pay or places employee on PIP pressuring them to resign.
