There is no any opportunity in this company. Its proprietary business, no any developmental things done, there is no proper salary on time and even statutory compliances done on time. Work place is not suitable for professional Insecure place for work. All decisions taken by MD from salary disbursement to layoff. Moody management...... I worked 3 months from December 2019, then in March 2020 lockdown imposed. Management extended joining and afterward, given layoff. No rules and compliance about any law. Even pending salary also not disbursing to employees.

...learn a new technical things. They always welcome freshers & Experienced people. Salary is done on time and company always thinks about the employee. Yearly salary increment is done .

Actually there is not anything to like except labour work integrity. Otherwise the experience was terrible. You should not choose it unless or until it's the last option to you.

.... There is Inappropriate and non- cooperative working attitude of HR department. They have not proper salary payment management and also salary is not calculated and paid accurately. Higher authority enjoys metal harassment of lower one and labours too. Directors committee is not helpful at any sense and complete blindly faith on few people. Production plant has unpleasant working atmosphere. All the certifications are bought. At all the sense the the organization is not appropriate to work.
