I worked in krishgen biosystems for 3 months, and that was my worst experience. I was insulted in front of people and had salary deduction and not given full n final after resignation. Worst management to work under , very toxic work culture with lots of negativity. This is the only office where I had seen boss shouting to a employee in front of whole office very loudly. The same work can be done without creating scene by professional talk or giving warning personally in management cabins or meeting room. During my work period I have noticed 99% of employees talking negatively about the company because of 2 big reasons. 1St is, management talks in a very bad way with employees And 2nd is, they threatened to employees about salary deduction for small mistakes and do the same by sending mails to account department. They dont understand the simple theory that if they deduct the salary of the person for a common human error, he/she will lose appetite to work and develop negativity about the company in mind and this will affect his/her performance, because these things may make employee`s confident low. This company basically run by a family father, mother and a daughter. There is no 1 boss and upcoming future of the company even more toxic because of thier daughter. I have noticed no one in office is interested to work under her, because of her nature and behaviour. Having 10% knowledge to run company and 90% ego in attitude makes poisonous combination in a boss. Even the main boss her father talks politely with employees but she never does. You can say teapot is hotter than tea. All the positive comment here done by their HR department only. There is not anything positive to talk about them. They run interview full year because every month 3 to 4 employees leave the company. Only few employees there who working more that 1 year, and some are more then 5 years. Even those senior employees treated very badly but they working there just because of bad financial condition of family. Better to stay away from here and Save your time and self respect.

... removed people at any time. owner ask to sign bond after joining of 15-20 days. never paid the committed salary. Deduct salary and expenses. This company kill the career.

...heir ego , you have to do only what they said step by step like a small child. Any small mistake will be ended up insulting in public and salary deduction. No peace of mind and full political environment. No full and final if you resign, even they will ask you return salary from you.

Very toxic work culture, no respect of employee. They can remove people in one hour notice and never do settlement of dues. More often deduct salary without any reason. People hardly able to complete 3-4 month due to poor work culture. This is like a bada paw shop no rule for anytbing. Only one man show. People should avoid joining tbis company

Never ever joint this company they mentally torcher daily While interview they commit they will give you hike and promotion after 6 Months and when you complete your 6 month you will get nothing and if by mistake you asked also they will start torchering you more each and every send This company is like sabji wala how ladies bargen with sabji wala and for every bargen you have go for the approval to CO who pretend he is quite busy etc etc For 1 deal you minimum 7-8 bargening happens and everytime you will get different pricing for which I told it's sabji wala They mentally torchers you demotivate you insults you in front of all even if your mistake is not there They cheat their vendors by sending fake bank receipt to take a some more grace Periods apart from committed so you can imagine the level of company You will always get your salary after 10 only in which they deduct the money for which they don't have explainations also and for details also you have go to CO and when you ask again he will insult you😆 (I and provide bank statement also for proof but here their is no option to upload). I will really say never joint this organisation if you joint this organisation it will be a big question mark for answers in other company interview Yes one more thing if you think company has rating of 2.5-2.6 then for your information this rating also they have managed by putting fake reviews etc etc
