1. No health insurance 2. Less compensation in terms of CTC 3. No career growth as a developer. Developers do migration work which is supposed to be done by support guys. 4. Developers sit at their guindy office which is not exactly an office. Its a flat. So no office environment. 5. No canteen

So much team politics, small minded managers. People stay here for years and become managers who are not at all experienced at Management and not capable of handling team. Dirty politics, managers are liars who will say anything stupid and crazy just to win an argument. Highly manipulative and unprofessional management. You can never get your point across the table regarding your concerns. It will be dismissed.
