Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

You will get to learn as a fresher since lot of modern technologies are used in the product. It is work from home job, can save an hour of travelling time everyday.

Dislikes

...overlap with weekend. - Not a single outing right from the beginning of company. Forget any perks other than salary. - They cut salary in COVID without single rupee of business impact due to pandemic. In fact, they earned new customers during this same time. - Notice period is 3 months but when you are not happy with the hike and want to leave the company, CEO will ask you to leave with immediate effect - no notice period simply to not give you any time to prepare for interviews.
