Job security is pretty bad, & there's clear favoritism towards employees form south indian states compared to those from other states. Also if you're laid off, HR admin won't give you proper explanation for things like pending leaves, bonus, incentives.

I have been working at KRG for more than 6 years. It was an great working experience with KRG and very challenging in the starting, but it helps me a lot and increased my confidence at work.

Good office environment and they have good incentive structure, you will get paid on timely manner, there is no delay in the salary. Also you will learn new skills and they are giving equal opportunities to everyone. In the short period of time you will get promotions and extra validation for your job. They will appreciate with yearly once reward and recognition function with attractive prizes and gifts.

Dosnt have a consistent mind company, eveey 6 months it changes the company face, Some time good and after six months immediately fired the candidate without giving proper reasons. Very bad place to work

Worst culture and not a consistent company . It's only 1 azanda is use and throw.
