Developers are the pillars of this company, they are hardworking but due to work politics sadly they are the only one who are impacted mostly.

Dislikes

Company management is terrible, they are not clear about their own steps. Unethical behavior like salary reduction and revoking bond when bond is about to end. No work life balance and the worst part is work politics. No job security.

Likes

Some of the client projects are really good. If you manage to get a chance to work in those areas, you will definitely learn a lot of new skills.

Dislikes

Partiality w.r.t developers from good vs moderate projects are vividly noticeable. This should not be the case. The employee should not be held accountable falsely due to poor management decisions.

Likes

Job security is good; no one has been fired overnight. Transparency is good; you can directly talk to higher management and ask your suggestions and questions. Appraisal hikes are good.

Dislikes

Lack of process, many things happen on an ad-hoc basis. Very less non-work-related activities for refreshment. Sometimes the pressure is there to learn new things and deliver quickly.

Likes

Nothing, they don't care about their new joiner. They don't mentor them properly.

Dislikes

Everything. The HR of this company is of no good. Nothing in this company is organised properly. They say one thing and do something else. They are very biased on certain opinions, they won't listen to your ideas. The politics in the company is very bad and the employees doesn't want you to exceed and grow you better.

Likes

excellence in work is a plus point. They make you an expert in the technology you work in. After some years of experience in this company, you will be the best in the industry.

Dislikes

when you join the company as a trainee you will not get paid anything during the training period for the next 8 or 10 months, the wait is hectic. Then you have to qualify for 5-6 exams to get the joining which is again hectic because you got selected as a trainee via 6 rounds of interview. And if you want to get paid you have to sign a bond for the next 2 years (which starts after the training period) in which you will be getting 1/3 of your original salary in a city like Kolkata and the bond's value is more than the net amount they will pay you during your training period.
