It was good whey they had money to spend, now they are in complete cost cutting mode and letting people go without having the backups, no promotions, no job security, come daily to office, only 1 day WFH in a month, salary deductions without any info, HR misbehave with employees.

NO job security you will be fired even without notice at any time. please confirm salary break up before joining they do not give proper salary hikes in sales you need to achieve target even on holiday company launching so many products unnecessary. it increases cost so making profit from core products but same other loss making products eating that profit attendance sign in and sign out if you forgot salary will be deducted

...e scammers especially HR and CEO are fraudulent. Won't pay promised salary even. Variable pay in CTC will never be paid out nor will they give you relocation. No WFH even in this day and age ! .. These people need a mental examination.

...is because people started taking undue advantages of unlimited work from home. - They don't negotiate in salary. Bullet shot once won't come back in piston. You can only expect 30-35% hike in salary. - Daily yoga and zumba classes. - monthly team outing/ dinner .
