Company policies change frequently, and there is no oversight. In the competitive lending market, this company charges the highest ROI and PF. There is no after-sales service. Furthermore, they will jeopardize your happiness during collections if any customer is late on EMIs. If you disbursed the loan, you are responsible, but they take credit for the disbursement. Every day feels like the last day of work. Regardless of position, no one treats you well. There is no proper incentive structure. Other NBFC companies offer holidays on the first and second Saturdays, this company offers no holidays. They also require work on Sundays without overtime pay. Two-star rating

Poor work-life balance, highly business-focused, no employee satisfaction, low trust in the team, last Sunday of the month is always a work day, poor leave acceptance, low focus on employee's skill development

The company is good, but the managers are not fair in their decisions and show favoritism. Since 95% of the employees in this company are friends and relatives, there is a lack of impartiality.

Work life balance is very bad and not providing any bonus if employee given extra efforts.

Guidance and support from the seniors and higher management

Dislikes

Some customers used to show good response and some customers used to not show good response talk badly to executives and disconnect the calls before even listening to offers which used to be provided in processing fees. No other company provides discount on processing fees. Without understanding the advantages of the loan product and service they used to cut the call and also the customers sometimes don't pay the money on time and if they pay they pre close the loan before hand only not thinking that based on their repayment behaviour only loan amount will tend to increase and if some people are getting higher limit they are not availing the loan

On time salary and incentives leave policy also good. Management team and seniors is helping us to improve performance.

Dislikes

Office timing and customer's problem not resolved on time that's why employees getting more work pressure they have to improve those things.
