Working here since June 2021. Environment is very supportive and have very flexible policies for all the candidates.

It has to increase the pay scale and the yearly increment in order to stay at par with the industry.

...working in KPMG 1. Good and frequent supervision by Manager/ Director on work 2. If you perform good and well then your salary hikes is excellent other wise if you not perform well then job risk is there. 3. Excellent work culture 4. Nice Polices except policy on use of personal mail in laptop or whats app access is restricted.

Strict deadlines of deliverables for fresher or 1 year experience candidate is very poor.

The convenient bus service, the free lunches, and the amazing co-workers.

The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.

The Salary which you get is good.

The work life balance and the services like cab and over time benefits are not there, and they may plot you to any kind of work which may be totally different from your background.

1. Average in terms of perks and benefits. 2. Forget about work-life balance, depends entirely on the project, in consulting it is usually hard to maintain work life balance. 3. Lots of politics but it will keep you sharp! 4. Unrealistic expectations and never-ending work.
