Learning is decent as we used to work 12-15 hours a day and everything was priority task. So we were learning fast.

...each and every day, worked half my weekends and my managers weren’t still happy. Partner said that i should work because they are giving me more salary. Director asked me to work when i was on sick leave. Put down papers the same day i received an offer letter!

You will get a good environment to work but that depends how quickly you can gel with the culture. No issues in getting leaves or even getting support like WFH in case its required.

Dislikes

... poor. Be prepared to work for extended hrs if you have thought of joining big4. Salary and benefits are very poor when compared to work balance. Competitors pay much more. HR department and your onboarding process is disappointing.

No work life balance, employees are expected to work at least 10/14 hours daily and also on weekends without comp off, recogniiton or chargeability

- Bad pay scale against the amount of work - No work life balance - Partners/Sr managers decide the environment of your team (Very toxic in a few cases) - HR does not influence culture only partners do - No time for upskilling or work on your goals

The flexible timings for IT employees not sure of others. Salary payment is not an issue no hurdle in it.

work culture is very toxic. in the name of utilization they make us work for long hours. Onshore has no clue about the documents that need to be supplied to the global team. they just follow up whether the given work is done or not. each task is attached with a timer, and the time given will be less than the actual time needed to complete the work and you are not supposed to overcharge it unless you have a proper justification.
