Salary in KPMG is comparatively better than most of the big IT companies.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is very poor. Favoritism & nepotism is very common in the organization like any other BIG4 firm. Leadership theory takes back seat in BIG4 and they have Managers with very poor leadership skills.

No doubt company is very good but learning their is so much depends on which process you are joining for tech savy people better to join in lighthouse department if you are seeking career growth and learning.

Dislikes

In the same company their is too much difference between salary and perk b/w departments

Good work culture and ethics (at par with industry standards), futurist leaders, good policies

Dislikes

Unfair pay grades and structure, no work life balance, no HR support at the time of need, lack of clarity in hiring process, lack of focus on hand holding & training for new resources

The culture just like other big4 is good. Teams and people do really help when needed. What I understood after joining here is the late you join in consulting the less it is beneficial for you. People become manager within 7 years

Dislikes

Compensation is what turns you out. This is my personal opinion that salary structure is much less then the industry standards. Components like health insurance and all are good buy salary components must be revised

Even amidst the pandemic the company has been on a hiring spree, giving bonuses and salaries without any pay cuts. Stellar example of a well reputed MNC.

Dislikes

Apart from all the several benefits, one thing which lacks workwise is getting to work on a single geography, as our systems are hard coded. It had been great if there could be flexibility given in this area.
