Work Life balance is very poor. Favoritism & nepotism is very common in the organization like any other BIG4 firm. Leadership theory takes back seat in BIG4 and they have Managers with very poor leadership skills.

There is a long list... The Management in KPMG San Francisco office is pathetic, which leads to stressful work. Bad work culture. NO JOB security, you can be fired anytime.

BSR & Associates LLP has a very poor audit leadership at Hyderabad Location. They are hostile towards employees towards the lower rung of the food chain and pay little attention to people matter. - Always short staffed -No Work life balance . - Petty Politics. - Slogging is glorified - Poor pay when compared to other BIG 4's - No Starter Kits, Diwali Gifts and minimum to none office parties. - Very Poor HR function, least bother about real problems - All policies only on paper - Consistent Demotivation - Rude and aggressive Leadership

The way people work as team to go together on completing the task and helping each other also giving opportunity to right talented people and provide right opportunity to the professional. Further accepting all new innovation ideas providing high quality deliverables to the client.

Compensation it is less for those professional who do not have certified and working hours are more.

The convenient bus service, the free lunches, and the amazing co-workers.

Dislikes

The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.
