...e. One should be very clear and understand what is being used before joining. 2. It has very high attrition rate which points to low salary per its competitors, non existent work life balance, VDI issues. If a person goes through this there would be normal office politics. 3. The work done is routine for GDC folks and rely on instructions which changes their thought process and do not use their minds or think how to do the task. 4. The GDC management fears the engagement team from the US and gives in to their demands easily. 5. It needs a drastic transformation in order to retain people.

Salary in KPMG is comparatively better than most of the big IT companies.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is very poor. Favoritism & nepotism is very common in the organization like any other BIG4 firm. Leadership theory takes back seat in BIG4 and they have Managers with very poor leadership skills.

...eryone during their weekends and holidays, people steal each other's credit, bonuses and increments are received in July, made to work long hours and login in off days, but your productivity is counted for only half the things you do. Unrealistic targets are set. Work load is enough to keep you working 7 days. No Diwali/New year bonus. You work with toxic people and when you take a legitimate concern to supervisor(s), they don't take action unless it starts impacting them. You are not given work according to your skill set and the feedback you receive is never enough to guide you ahead.

There is a long list... The Management in KPMG San Francisco office is pathetic, which leads to stressful work. Bad work culture. NO JOB security, you can be fired anytime.

Work Culture is awesome, you will get help from your senior and team members. Employee Centric Policies. Salary, Appraisal and Bonus is in good number and in timely manner. Diversified work load. Flexible Timing not strict office time like service based company. Easy to reach higher management and leadership and expect response. In the end Family is most important and you will take a time for your family if you are in good project, client and in this Firm

Dislikes

1) On-site opportunity wil not get easily 2) Remote client located employee couldn't enjoy office's regular benefits and events. 3) Off-Site never happened in my 3 years of experience with this firm.
