No work-life balance, you won't get or be able to make any me time. Career growth is very very slow and the long work hours are not at all justified by the poor salary. There is too much gossip and politics.

The Salary which you get is good.

The work life balance and the services like cab and over time benefits are not there, and they may plot you to any kind of work which may be totally different from your background.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

...r a good sleep, work life balance will be a little worse during the closures. 3. Compensation could be better. It has been bad in my case as I'm compensated lesser than my co-workers.

Mentality to work beyond your office timing. Management expect you to work 12 hours but will salary for 8 hours.
