Salary in KPMG is comparatively better than most of the big IT companies.

Work Life balance is very poor. Favoritism & nepotism is very common in the organization like any other BIG4 firm. Leadership theory takes back seat in BIG4 and they have Managers with very poor leadership skills.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

...r a good sleep, work life balance will be a little worse during the closures. 3. Compensation could be better. It has been bad in my case as I'm compensated lesser than my co-workers.

Mentality to work beyond your office timing. Management expect you to work 12 hours but will salary for 8 hours.

Travel to Anywhere no matters what is your base location and No compensation for Travelling expense max they will give 300 per day after multiple approvals 7. Zero benefits and perks apart from salary and variable pay Work life balance depends completely on the project. Some projects are chill, and people have less working hours but some are very bad and need to work our a** off Since it is client facing, there is always pressure of perfection
