No doubt company is very good but learning their is so much depends on which process you are joining for tech savy people better to join in lighthouse department if you are seeking career growth and learning.

-- No promotion opportunities. - Don’t understand onsite challenges. - Unreasonable, unlimited, and unrealistic expectations. - Vulnerability to contract termination. - Poor communication with clients by managers, which ultimately pressures employees to meet unreasonable client demands. - Unnecessary IT compliance; the laptop is more of a liability than a facility. - No activities or wellbeing programs for employees working on client sites. - Consulting at client sites feels like a glorified clerk job. - As per my view, there are hardly any visionaries in the organization. Even higher management primarily talks about business and money without considering the impact on the team, the project, and the client. - Besides money, if the firm thought a bit more about impact and wellbeing, outsourcing could become true consulting.

...ird party payroll. It gives psuedo-employment contact and terminates in between. It holds and do not pay last salary and arrears. It's doing unethical treatment with employees together with its Staffing agencies. They do not pay PF back and do not respond to any queries after termination of employment.very very unethical practices.

Dislikes

Unethical organisation... Do not settle full salary, provided false employment contract and terminates without fulfilling contractual obligations. It doesn't pay last month salary, NO PF is paid even they deducted.

Likes

The company has a good brand value which might be helpful in some cases for career growth. Over demanding work pressure helps an employee to adjust to and adopt to working with strict deadlines.

Dislikes

Compensation is extremely low with respect to the demanding work pressure. There is no culture of suggestions and feedback and only favoritism is what is prevailing in the organisation. There is no appreciation for good work at all.

Bonus, Work-life balance when you get a good mnc client, Office culture, Open minded people.

Dislikes

Non deserving people getting promotions, skills are not respected, only in which project you are tagged is. It's hell when people are on bench. Nobody supports, you are on your own - no hand holding, no mentorship, no trainings, no shadowing anyone, no guidance.
