The Salary which you get is good.

Dislikes

The work life balance and the services like cab and over time benefits are not there, and they may plot you to any kind of work which may be totally different from your background.

Dislikes

The work culture is one of the poorest I have encountered in my career. There is complete disregard of personal life and clients will make your life hell. There is no support from management regarding client work ethics and you will have to fight your own battles. The company will force you to take projects, travel to different places at client locations and will terminate you if you refuse.

Flexible Timing not strict office time like service based company. Easy to reach higher management and leadership and expect response. In the end Family is most important and you will take a time for your family if you are in good project, client and in this Firm
